Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

ORDERS PLACED 2/4-2/24 WILL SHIP STARTING 2/25 DUE TO OUR ANNUAL COMPANY WIDE VACATION!

At Gametime Jerseys, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality jerseys to your doorstep. We value transparency and want you to know exactly what to expect regarding processing times and shipping estimates.

It can take 7-14 business days for USPS or UniUni to receive your order after processing from the shipping partner before tracking updates. This is standard.

USPS Ground Advantage is used for most orders. If UniUni is a faster shipping method we will automatically upgrade your shipping method free of charge to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

Before your order leaves our facility, it goes through a processing period. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Typical Processing: Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 3-10 business days. Custom, Youth and Women sizes can take longer.
  • Peak Volume/Special Orders: In some cases (such as high order volume or specific sourcing requirements), processing may take up to but not limited to 14 business days.
  • Our employees have the weekend off, these are not processing days.

Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping partner, the delivery timeline depends on your location and the specific item ordered.

Please note, tracking may take up to a week to update between the shipping partner and USPS scanning your order into their facility. We cannot rush USPS processes, but this is normal and you should not be concerned. 

  • In-Stock Sizes: Typically delivered within 7-21 business days after processing.
  • Special Sizing & Customs: Depending on inventory location and customs clearance processes, some orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
  • If your order is not delivered within 30 days after processing, we will refund your order or reship it free of charge.

Note on Customs: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gametime Jerseys is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 14 business days for the tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe (after receiving your shipping confirmation email), please contact us at gametimejerseysco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to Worldwide. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. You will not be refunded for incorrect addresses.
